Overview

Manager is the tool that Coppell ISD uses to deliver needed Apps for your iPad. 

Instructions

1. Your Manager application should open up to the "My Apps" tab on the bottom. If not, select it.

2. Click in the Search bar and type out the app you're looking for. You can click 'update' to refresh the list of apps if the one you need doesn't appear upon search.

3. Click "(Re)Install/Update" to start the download.

4. Once you see the "Command sent to the device" pop-up the download will start on its own. 

Please note, the install process typically takes 15 to 20 minutes to complete. You will not receive a notification the application has finished installing. To confirm that the app has been installed look for the app on your home screen(s).

If you search for an app and are unable to find it in Manager, please submit a new help desk ticket.
